Soil of Africa is proud to announce the opening of a Skills Development Centre in Mamelodi, dedicated to empowering youth through practical, life-changing training opportunities.
The centre will offer 6-month and 12-month skills programmes, equipping young people with the expertise they need to enter and thrive in the workforce. Upon completion, participants will be placed in companies across Region 5 and Region 6, ensuring that training leads directly to employment.
Our mission goes beyond education — we are committed to reducing the youth unemployment rate from 62.7% to 40%, while tackling the high crime rate in our communities. By creating pathways to sustainable employment, we aim to build a safer, more prosperous Mamelodi for all.
